Next April 27 will be a great day for the Church of Jesus, the last two popes those are in the heaven will be recognized as saints.

Since the beginning of the Church, people who die in close friendship to God and, after dead, continue to pray for living people, what is proved through inexplicable miracles, are recognized as saints.

Our church has hundreds of saints, but some of them have special graces from God and made the difference for all the World while they were alive.

Popes John XXIII and John Paul II are examples of amazing men, those fought with and for the World, sharing the gospel and the Love of Jesus.

Saints Popes John XXIII and John Paul II, pray for us!

Amen!
S. study about cohabitation and marriage

Consolidation, Intimacy, and Commitment

This is the title of a study made in USA and available in the Internet (click here).

In this study, it's possible to confirm that married couples have more consolidation, intimacy and commitment, in fact they are happier.

Married couples say "YES" one to other, and when this "YES" is sincerely said, they don't get married for own happiness, but to made the spouse the happiest.

A couple that doesn't assume a commitment never will be engaged to build anything together. While a couple really committed one to other will mutually help themselves in any occasion.

Being committed and engaged with your spouse is one of hardest decisions that a person can do, but it's full of rewards until you live as well.

And about safe feeling? In special for woman, safe feeling is absolute needed to be fully free for loving and open to receive the rewards of love in marriage, beautiful and blessed babies.

The Church of Christ teaches many trues about marriage, but many times we can not believe in this teachings until see them in a academic published study. We must understand the Church teaches based in centuries of experience and observation, but much of this knowledge is not published in academic or scientific magazines.

For finishing, let's think about our relationships, think about how you are building love for your life, what are your expectations, and if you are disposed to make your spouse the happiest one in the World.

Pray for your future and ask to find what can make you really happy, because happiness in any relationship is not made for own will but shared.

The Church is not a babysitter

With these words, Pope Francis shows us one much important aspect of the Church of Christ. We must not have limits to proclaim Jesus as we know Him.

Jesus is God, Son of God and our eternal Lord, not only the person that cares us and solves all of our problems.

There are lots of "religions", Brazil is source of many of them, that offer money, pleasure, salvation, peace and prosperity.

However, the real Church of Christ shows the Cross of Christ as the only way of salvation and redemption.

Ask for wisdom of Holy Spirit, and analyze if you are in following Jesus or only looking for rewards without efforts.

Pope Francis has showed to us how to communicate the Gospel of Jesus, not with words only but adding real life to our words, making them as living as Jesus' words.

Words of our Lord Jesus were full of life because Jesus has lived all of what He said, and this is our example showed by Pope Francis: to live Jesus' life and to say Jesus' life for our poor World that can't see all love of God.
Let's begin our way of communicating the Gospel praying.
“We are at a huge turning point – he explained – in the evolution of
mankind. This moment makes the move from Medieval to modern times seem
insignificant.” Professor Ratzinger compared the current era to that of
Pope Pius VI who was abducted by troops of the French Republic and died
in prison in 1799. The Church was fighting against a force which
intended to annihilate it definitively, confiscating its property and
dissolving religious orders.

Today's Church could be faced with a similar situation,
undermined, according to Ratzinger, by the temptation to reduce priests

all over again. It will no longer have use of the structures it built
in its years of prosperity. The reduction in the number of faithful will
lead to it losing an important part of its social privileges.” It will
start off with small groups and movements and a minority that will make
faith central to experience again. “It will be a more spiritual Church,
and will not claim a political mandate flirting with the Right one
minute and the Left the next. It will be poor and will become the Church
of the destitute.”

The process outlined by Ratzinger was a “long” one “but
when all the suffering is past, a great power will emerge from a more
spiritual and simple Church,” at which point humans will realise that
they live in a world of “indescribable solitude” and having lost sight
of God “they will perceive the horror of their poverty.”

Then and only then, Ratzinger concluded, will
they see “that small flock of faithful as something completely new: they
will see it as a source of hope for themselves, the answer they had
always secretly been searching for.

I read this message at this morning, and this voice needs to be shared with all the World.

2012-12-20 L'Osservatore Romano

Today, Thursday, 20 December, the Financial Times has published an article that Benedict XVI wrote at the British newspaper's request on the occasion of Christmas and of the publication of the Pope's book on the infancy of Jesus [Jesus of Nazareth The Infancy Narratives]. The following is the integral text.

"Render unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God," was the response of Jesus when asked about paying taxes. His questioners, of course, were laying a trap for him. They wanted to force him to take sides in the highly-charged political debate about Roman rule in the land of Israel. Yet there was more at stake here: if Jesus really was the long-awaited Messiah, then surely he would oppose the Roman overlords. So the question was calculated to expose him either as a threat to the regime, or a fraud.

Jesus answer deftly moves the argument to a higher plane, gently cautioning against both the politicization of religion and the deification of temporal power, along with the relentless pursuit of wealth. His audience needed to be reminded that the Messiah was not Caesar, and Caesar was not God. The kingdom that Jesus came to establish was of an altogether higher order. As he told Pontius Pilate, "My kingship is not of this world."

The Christmas stories in the New Testament are intended to convey a similar message. Jesus was born during a "census of the whole world" taken by Caesar Augustus, the Emperor renowned for bringing the Pax Romana to all the lands under Roman rule. Yet this infant, born in an obscure and far-flung corner of the Empire, was to offer the world a far greater peace, truly universal in scope and transcending all limitations of space and time.

Jesus is presented to us as King Davids heir, but the liberation he brought to his people was not about holding hostile armies at bay; it was about conquering sin and death forever.

The birth of Christ challenges us to reassess our priorities, our values, our very way of life. While Christmas is undoubtedly a time of great joy, it is also an occasion for deep reflection, even an examination of conscience. At the end of a year that has meant economic hardship for many, what can we learn from the humility, the poverty, the simplicity of the crib scene?

Christmas can be the time in which we learn to read the Gospel, to get to know Jesus not only as the Child in the manger, but as the one in whom we recognize God made Man.

It is in the Gospel that Christians find inspiration for their daily lives and their involvement in worldly affairs be it in the Houses of Parliament or the Stock Exchange. Christians shouldnt shun the world; they should engage with it. But their involvement in politics and economics should transcend every form of ideology.

Christians fight poverty out of a recognition of the supreme dignity of every human being, created in Gods image and destined for eternal life. Christians work for more equitable sharing of the earths resources out of a belief that, as stewards of Gods creation, we have a duty to care for the weakest and most vulnerable. Christians oppose greed and exploitation out of a conviction that generosity and selfless love, as taught and lived by Jesus of Nazareth, are the way that leads to fullness of life. Christian belief in the transcendent destiny of every human being gives urgency to the task of promoting peace and justice for all.

Because these goals are shared by so many, much fruitful cooperation is possible between Christians and others. Yet Christians render to Caesar only what belongs to Caesar, not what belongs to God. Christians have at times throughout history been unable to comply with demands made by Caesar. From the Emperor cult of ancient Rome to the totalitarian regimes of the last century, Caesar has tried to take the place of God. When Christians refuse to bow down before the false gods proposed today, it is not because of an antiquated world-view. Rather, it is because they are free from the constraints of ideology and inspired by such a noble vision of human destiny that they cannot collude with anything that undermines it.

In Italy, many crib scenes feature the ruins of ancient Roman buildings in the background. This shows that the birth of the child Jesus marks the end of the old order, the pagan world, in which Caesars claims went virtually unchallenged. Now there is a new king, who relies not on the force of arms, but on the power of love. He brings hope to all those who, like himself, live on the margins of society. He brings hope to all who are vulnerable to the changing fortunes of a precarious world. From the manger, Christ calls us to live as citizens of his heavenly kingdom, a kingdom that all people of good will can help to build here on earth.
The presence of the Church in the Internet, using social networks like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, etc., is the signal of the Church is alive, hundreds of thousands of people have been waiting the words of the highest authority of the Church because all of them know the importance of these words for the digital world, and all the World as well.

Many people desire to know what the Pope Benedict XVI will post because they want improve their souls and spiritual life, but other group of people look for opportunities to abase the Pope through a distorted interpretation of the words of the Holy Father.

I mean the Holy Father is full of the Wisdom Gift given by the Holy Ghost, and this wisdom will confuse the arrogant ones and fill of pleasure the hearts of the humble ones.

God bless you, Holy Father, and be the light of our Lord Jesus Christ your safe port.
Day of happiness for Church in Russia and Central Europe

Today, Dec 6, the Church celebrates Saint Nicholas of Myra: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint_Nicholas

I saw in the Blogger administration tool today that Russia is the country where most of visitors of my blog are from, and looking for some subjects for writing about the Catholic Church in Russia I discovered today is day of Saint Nicholas of Myra, who is patron saint of Russia.

In His infinite mercy, God inspires common people to do, and to be, extraordinary history changers, these people chosen by God use to be different of anybody else, their priorities are not the same of most of others.

Saint Nicholas was a children carer, helping poor children with their material and spiritual needs. Santa Claus legend has it begin in the life of Saint Nicholas.

Saint Nicholas had many problems as well, including unpleasantness with the Catholic Church of his age, where his contemporary brothers of clergy did not understand his way of sanctity.

Today, his deeds are remembered in all the Catholic Church around the World as examples to be followed for everyone. Peace, charity, poorness of spirit, love for poorer people, and faith in Jesus, these are some of the some marked behaviors of Saint Nicholas, and all of them are so much needed in our lives.

Our faith is always the same, however the World and the living people have dynamic needs and doubts.

We are the missionaries of the "Digital World" and Jesus gives us the responsibility and power for evangelizing all this "New World", like christian missionaries from 1400's and later when they went out of their homes and came to America, Asia, Africa, etc.

Let's pray for this new opportunity of evangelization and ask for God sending and lighting new saints and ministers of His Word.
Amen!

See Vatican's opinion about this conference: "A world with or without God"

God is the reference, He is always in our thoughts, and we have two alternatives: to accept Him or to spend all life trying to self persuade He is not necessary.

If God would not be full of love, maybe He could have created us and leave away, letting us believe He is not there. But, in His infinite love, God does not desist to show us He is here, with us, loving us inside and outside.

Some people have studied and learned a lot of science, but until today nobody can explain simple things like out life, our feelings, nature perfection, and so on.

Starting on God, everything makes sense and we can live in complete harmony with all the World, aware about out limitations, but with all faith God will provide what is out of out capacities.

In God out wills are listened and His love guides us to Paradise. Prayers are not word to wind, but He listens everything we say and hold all in His lovely heart.

For finishing: if there is no God, why are you too much worried about Him?

Holy Spirit gives us His gifts and Wisdom is one of them. Wisdom gift is a light in the dark of the World, pointing for us the way of God.

Some people are blessed with a special Wisdom from the Holy Spirit, and the Church recognizes these people for their writings, ideas and teachings, for example St. Augustine, St. John of the Cross, St. Teresa of Avila, and so on.

These people highly blessed with Wisdom of the Holy Spirit are named Doctors of the Church, and their productions become directions for all Church in the World.

Let's give thanks to God for the new Doctors of the Church and follow their teachings in the way of God.
Mother Teresa has been an example of faith and devotion to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, she loved poorest people as Jesus Himself, following His divine advice (Matthew 18, 4s):

"And so, the one who makes himself as

little as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of Heaven.

Anyone who welcomes one little child like this in my name welcomes me."

Cardinal Shan Kou-Hsi had cancer and died this month, he was born in China and spent all his life to evangelization in his country, China.
In 2006, he was reported about his illness. Knowing the death could be near, the cardinal improved his works and launched himself for the will of God.
Now, we, the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ, should pray for this awesome man, giving thanks because the Cardinal Shan was, and still being, a tool of the love of God for many people around the World.
There is a long time since last post, but today I received an e-mail that makes me motivated enough for writing this text.

The text is about a new which is titled: "Two Egyptian Children Buried for 15 Days Say Jesus Saved Their Lives" and I looked for this new in the web. I discovered this is a fake new, maybe created for improving the faith of Egyptian catholic people, but unfortunately it's a lie and faith does not survive supported by lies.

Jesus said in John 8, 31s:

"To the Jews who believed in him Jesus said:

'If you make my word your home

you will indeed be my disciples;

you will come to know the truth,

and the truth will set you free.'"

Jesus has done uncountable miracles around the world since before His birth, many prophets announced Jesus and more people believed in God's love, many saints disseminated the faith in Jesus alive and resuscitated forever, lots of them being martyred by their words and faith, and today Jesus transforms uncountable people making them better people, with a lovely heart.

If anyone wants to improve the faith around the world, please, use the truth, talk about the love of God, be reliable and make our Jesus well known.

Let's pray for the reliability of the saint Catholic Church, for ours priests, bishops and the Holy Pope, let's pray specially for the fidelity of laymen asking they do not leave the way of Jesus, the only true way.
This following is what the guy intends:

Will you join me in giving the Pope a huge gift for his birthday? Pope Benedict XVI is celebrating his birthday on April 16th and I'm joining up with praymorenovenas.com to get 84,000 people to pray a novena for the Pope's 84th birthday.

On April 8th, we will begin praying for nine days leading up to and ending on the Papa Benedict's birthday. The Pope prays for us everyday so it's time to return the gift to him on the anniversary of his birth.

84,000 Novenas is a lot! So, I'm going to need your help. I want everyone who reads this blog to do the following to help with this birthday gift!

Let's think, you're planning to live in or visit a foreign country, if you're pro-life, what would you think about a country completely pro-abortion?

See the richest countries are pro-abortion, and I say what Jesus said (Matthew 19, 23s):

Then Jesus said to his disciples,

'In truth I tell you,

it is hard for someone rich

to enter the kingdom of Heaven.

Yes, I tell you again,

it is easier for a camel

to pass through the eye of a needle

than for someone rich

to enter the kingdom of Heaven.'

Rich people are inclinable to sins because they are greedy, but, if you're a greedy rich one, you must know your money won't save your soul.

God bless us and teach us the good ways.Alex Carneirohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14503428177777397005noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2714086754698578019.post-36295070108127170002010-08-28T06:23:00.000-07:002010-08-28T06:23:29.845-07:00Woman is alive because she didn't make an abortionHere is a prove, one more, life is always the best choice.

Nobody has any right to kill another one, and this woman knows it. She is really a woman of courage, like Saint Gianna Beretta, they chose the life.

Let's think about family's fear, they had long time of nervousness, but this felling was rewarded with too much happiness and joy.

I'd like to write more, but the histories say about themselves, I don't need to say anything more.

I just ask you, what would be Michele's face if she had an abortion? I guess she wouldn't be happy with her daughters.

The girls are beautiful... Congratulations Michele!Alex Carneirohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14503428177777397005noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2714086754698578019.post-66964038974752822482010-07-05T08:56:00.000-07:002010-07-05T08:56:44.254-07:00The Well, a motor and a hoseLet's think about an abstract situation:

It's a water well, you have a motor that brings the water and a hose that you use for a work, like wash the car or irrigate plants.

If something happens and you don't have any water more, would you try to do anything with the hose? Would you shake the hose for more water?

But, you thing about what is happening and discover: your motor isn't working. Now, you should fix the motor before to restart your work.

In a spiritual case:

we are hoses;

our prayers, the Eucharist and the confessions are motors;

God is the inexhaustible water well.

The works are our lives,God offers all water we need, but we should get this water with the motors which are given from God to us.

We can be hoses for our friends too, we can irrigate their gardens, or wash their cars.

If your life is bad (not working), would you shake yourself? Or would you fix the broken motors?

Let's pray now, asking to God. Fix "our motors", help us, our Lord, because You're the source of Living Water which sustains our lives.

Mary, Mother of Jesus, pray for us now and forever.

Amen!Alex Carneirohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14503428177777397005noreply@blogger.com0
